All exercises are designed to use things at your fingertips—an office chair (without wheels) or desk, wall, water bottle, laptop or other items that can serve to add weight. (if necessary). Ultimately, a chair and a water bottle will suffice for most exercises. In addition, these exercises can be performed in most any attire.
